Drug Uses

CLA helps to burn body fat and enhances muscle growth.

How Taken

As a dietary supplement, take 2 Capsules, 2 to 3 times daily with meals.

Drug Class and Mechanism

CLA helps in keeping fat cells smaller by assisting in the reduction of fat that can be stored and aid in more fat burnt as energy. It seems that CLA has the effect of assisting reduced fat storage while elevating b-oxidation in skeletal muscle which may help increase skeletal muscle and may aid fat burning.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of this medicine and you are using it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If you do not remember until later, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Store at the room temperature away from moisture and sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.

In a preliminary human study involving 60 overweight subjects, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) reduced body fat mass.
